SOS BUTTON
The SOS Button is displayed on the main screen of the cell phone.
By pressing it 5 times in a row, a 10-second audio will be recorded and sent immediately to your emergency contacts along with your location.
In case you belong to a vulnerable group, this alert will be sent to the National Police or Civil Guard.

SHARE LOCATION
Now you can view and share your location with up to 5 trusted contacts.
You will also be able to see their latest positions, battery percentage or how far they are from you.
By adding notifications, AlertCops will alert you when one of these contacts enters or leaves a specific place you have selected.

CHAT
With the Chat service, you can get in direct contact with the National Police and the Guardia Civil through a chat.
In it, you can communicate quickly and efficiently and attach multimedia files, as well as receive help.
In addition, we have incorporated a simultaneous translation system in more than 100 languages to be able to assist you in any of them.

GUARDIAN
Guardian allows the National Police and the Guardia Civil to publish a location service for specific circumstances, such as a mountain race or a festival.
The citizen can subscribe to a Guardian to send his position periodically during the event and be located in case of emergency.
A good example of this functionality is the Guardian Camino de Santiago.

RESCUE
Rescue is a service that allows you to locate a person, even if your cell phone has no coverage.
It offers the possibility of being located through the wifi of the cell phone by sending the coordinates of the location to the emergency services.
When a user without coverage opens AlertCops, a connection failure screen appears and the app will offer the possibility to call the emergency services and other options, such as Rescue.

ACCOMPANY ME
The Accompany Me service allows you to share your location with your emergency contacts during an activity or route to make it safer.
You will select the duration of the activity and the application will send an SMS to your emergency contact at the beginning and end of the set activity time along with your location.
In case you notice something strange, your contact will be able to contact the emergency services and raise the alarm.

SIMULATED CALL
The Simulated Call is a self-protection service with which the citizen can activate a call that appears to be real.
The app will ask for permission in order to display the AlertCops simulated call screen over other applications.
After accepting permission, the call will be scheduled and the citizen will be able to see the name and time it will ring and cancel it if desired. A pre-recorded voice will guide the conversation.

NOTIFICATIONS
With AlertCops, you can receive alerts and notifications of general interest, security, citizen collaboration and emergency, depending on the specific area where you are.
In this way, you can keep up to date with what is happening in the place where you are and help in case you have more information (accidents, weather changes, disappearances, etc.).

SOUND ALARM
The Sound Alarm service is another self-protection feature offered by the app.
Once you activate it, your phone will start emitting a deterrent sound and the flash will turn on intermittently.
You will thus be able to deter or alert the people around you and reinforce your protection.

SAFE TOURISM
We want to facilitate communication and attention between tourists, foreigners and police forces. For this reason, the app can be installed in 8 different languages. Among them, English, French, German or Italian and in any of the official languages of Spain.
In addition, the app offers personalized attention in more than 100 languages thanks to the simultaneous translation service of the chat.
Our goal; that everyone can enjoy AlertCops equally.

SERVICE RATING
Every time you use our chat to communicate with police forces, you will have the opportunity to rate both the service received and the application.
We consider this information important to improve our services and implement improvements, as well as to give the user a voice in a specific space.
